Why we do it?

"My motivation stems from a fundamental problem I've observed across different industries: the enormous waste of resources and lost opportunities due to inefficient lead qualification.

In my current role I've consistently seen how a flood of poorly qualified leads overwhelms sales teams, prolongs sales cycles, and ultimately drains company time, effort, and budget. Sales reps end up chasing prospects who were never a good fit, or whose needs don't align with the solution.

But this isn't just a 'tech industry' problem. I experienced it firsthand as a small business owner myself, when I ran a functional training gym. There, the challenge was different, but the core issue was the same: navigating a seemingly overwhelming landscape of marketing technology and sales tools to effectively generate leads and convert them into loyal members. I felt the frustration of not knowing which systems to trust, how to qualify prospects efficiently, and how to optimise my limited resources for maximum conversion.

Both experiences taught me the critical importance of smart qualification. Whether it's a multi-million-dollar tech deal or a gym membership, every sales interaction needs to be purposeful. My mission is to empower businesses to implement robust qualification processes, so they can focus their efforts where they matter most, leading to faster closes and more sustainable growth."
